White Wine

Chardonnay - Rich, mouth filling with a hint of oak, smooth finish.  The perfect compliment to seafood.

Riesling - Great intensity with a smooth finish.  Wonderful as aperitif or with seafood or fruit.

Wabamin - Translation is "White Berry."  This White Concord Grape is a semi-dry wine with elegant flavor.  Great with seafood and pasta.

Red Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon - Impressive structure.  Medium bodied, displaying rich and elegant flavors, with a rich finish.  Wonderful with beef, pork or lamb.  CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2008, PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD, DULLES EXPO WINE SHOWCASE.

Cabernet Franc - Medium bodied, displaying a bold aroma with flavors of cherry and notes of plum.  Enjoy with beef, but try it with couscous.

Merlot - This medium bodied, deep scarlet colored wine feels soft on the palate with a surprise finish.  Excellent with pasta, beef, lamb, pork, and poultry.  MERLOT 2008, BRONZE MEDAL, TOWN POINT VIRGINIA COMPETITION.

Petit Verdot - Medium-bodied with flavors of blackberry and notes of violets.  Enjoy with robust red meats and aged cheeses.

Dessert Wine

Odeimin - Translation means "Strawberry."  This wine is delightful on the taste buds.  Compliments strawberries everywhere!  PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD, DULLES EXPO WINE SHOWCASE.

Makadewamin - Translation means "Blackberry."  Crisp, fruity flavor and perfect for a picnic.  Combination of a sweetness and tartness.

Tibik-Kizismin - Translation means "Moon Berry."  This Blueberry Wine has a nice aroma with rich fruit flavor.  Enjoy it with cheesecake.

Kizismin - Translation means "Sun Berry."  The refreshing Peach Wine has a pleasant flavor with a light finish.

Miskwamin - Translation means "Red Berry."  Intense flavor of Blue Concord with full-bodied.  Best served with pasta, beef or lamb.

Freedom - (Limited Reserve Patriotic Blend)  Our first specialty blend featuring Cabernet Franc, White Moore's Diamond, and Blue Concord Grapes.
