Dry Wines:

Merlot  This medium bodied, deep scarlet colored wine feels soft on the palate.  Excellent with pasta, beef, lamb, pork, and poultry.

Cabernet Sauvignon   Impressive structure. Medium bodied, displaying rich and elegant flavors, with a rich finish.  Great with beef, pork, or lamb.

Pinot Blanc   Rich, full middle, mouth filling and drenches the palate .  The perfect Compliment to seafood.

 

Semi Dry Wines:

Miskwàmin   (means “red berry”)– Blue Concord Grape-Full bodied with smooth finish.  Best served with pasta, beef, or lamb.

Wàbàmin  (means “white berry”)-White Concord Grape-A medium dry wine with elegant flavor.  Great with seafood and pasta.

 

Dessert Wines:

Riesling  Great intensity with smooth finish.  Wonderful as aperitif or with seafood or fruit.

Odeimin  (means “Strawberry”)-Strawberry Wine-Delightful on the taste buds.  Compliments strawberries everywhere!

Makadewàmin   (means “Blackberry”)-Blackberry Wine-Crisp, fruity flavor perfect for a picnic!

Tibik-Kìzismin  (means “Moonberry”)-Blueberry Wine-Blueberry aromas with rich fruit flavor in this full bodied wine.

Kìzismin (means “Sunberry”)-Peach Wine-Pleasant peach flavor with a smooth 

finish.
